Anyone getting this? My main account yielded 80+ pts, but alternate accounts only getting 55. Predictions were identical or near identical...

Not the first month this has happened either, wtf.

I think I f-ed it up pretty badly I was only expecting 25, yet I also got 55 for some reason :/
Maybe the few changes you made b/w the predictions for your main and your alt was the difference...

I have received none yet - it was the first time I predicted. What do I do?

I changed my Account Name recently, could that have any effect?

When I say "near identical" , I mean replacing 1 pick for another, meaning all of my other picks are identical and in identical position. That should not account for the loss of 25-30pts. Something is definitely wrong.

Zero ~ how's that for a significant decrease? My calculations/predictions should have netted me 80 points. Yet another month of having to contact support...

I have 3 accounts making the same predictions.

Account 1 - 105 pts
Account 2 - 80 pts
Account 3 - No pts

The same account got 0 pts last month also and I contacted support and they told me they have no record of my predictions. This time I have a screeny and the saved html page to send them.

There has got to be a better system of keeping track of the accounts and the points.

The answer is in your statement... or near identical only one position difference on one of the 16 selections can make a 1 point diff. If youve read the Xunlai page, you can see that the rewards are in steps of 25 (+5 for entering), so I suggest your near identical meant you dropped a step on the rewards ladder.

For people who may have problems - I found out in a previous month that if you changed your email on your account, it can mean that they lose the tracking of the points to that account. If that is the case, write to support giving them the previous email you used and they might be able to find them.

Maybe it was the case for some, but I've just now reviewed my picks for each account, and there's definitely an error. There were 3 accounts, all of which had the same exact picks, with the same placement, 2 received 55 points, and one received the full credit of 80.

I decided to perform an experiment while claiming the rewards this time around, those 2 accounts yielding 55 pts, I claimed the rewards moments after the update release (when Xunlai Tournament Agent requests you to wait a few moments) , and the last account yielding 80pts, I had claimed ~5mins prior to this post.

I don't know what that means exactly, but I'm guessing the rewards distribution is faulty somehow right after the update (when so many people rush to claim rewards from the Agent). Guess you have to wait until the rush dies down to get full credit?

It tells you to wait a few minutes for a reason.. as whatever system they use takes time to put the points where they should. too many people were going straight there upon the d/l and then starting QQ threads about not having their RP's, when they just needed to wait for a few.. There was something posted by Regina about it a couple of months ago if I remember correctly.

I record all my picks on a spreadsheet ( as I have a few accounts ^.^) - when in the past I had issues I supplied support with the details (usually took a 2nd email pointing out my exact picks to get past the "standard letter" 1st response) but they have managed to sort it out or identify it in the end.

All I can suggest if you know they were identical in selections and positions, is to contact support. GL!

As has been stated above, the best solution I have found is to simply wait a bit. Last month I didn't receive any reward points until ~6 hours after the update went live.

So if you haven't received any reward points, give it 24 hours. Besides, the over-saturation of ZKeys into the market right after an update makes it a pain to sell. Waiting an extra day or two to get your keys won't hurt anything.

How's this for a discrepancy. . .

On my main account, I got 180 rps. On my alternate I only got 55. The predictions were identical. I'm really hoping it's just a matter of time and the rest will show up. . .
